OVERVIEW
Miller School of Albemarle's course is a moderately technical 3-mile loop with a combination of gravel, grass, double track, and single track trails. It begins with a steep gravel road climb before going up a steep double track climb. It includes a flyover, steep “wall” climb and super fun flowy descending.
PROFILE
We are using the “spring VAHS” course this season for NICA VA race in September as well as Eastern Regionals in October. The course is a better race course with more passing zones. Miller School has made significant improvements to the race course to make an even better race-specific loop.
