OVERVIEW

Woodberry Forest School is a stunning 1,000-acre campus in the foothills of the east of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The campus has a working farm and forest on campus. A rivers runs through it as well—making this venue a stunning host to round one of the season.

The course starts in wide open fields and quickly transition into a gravel road. Riders in the front will be rewarded with the hole shot into about .5 miles of tight, twisty, rooty single track. The next 1.5 mile section is wide open fields and double track with about a 3% grade that will push even the fittest of riders. Riders then dive back into single track for a mile of undulating tight and twisty single track before reaching the grassy sprint finish.
